Sommaire
Objectifs
Lors de la première réunion sur la stratégie de communication, nous aimerions aborder la question suivante :
Aktuell sieht die Prozess-Gruppe (Prozessorganisationschat, Protokolle) folgende Ziele für das Treffen vor:
Inhaltlich:
- Kommunikationsziele und Visionen (kurzfristig, mittelfristig, langfristig) formulieren
- Strukturen verbessern
- eigene Narration hin zur Medienzusammenarbeit definieren
Menschlich:
- Gegenseitiges Vertrauen aufbauen, sich kennenlernen
- Verantwortlichkeiten definieren
- Sprachbarrieren überwinden
- Gegenseitiges zutrauen, andere Standpunkte verstehen
Prozess:
- Rollen definieren: Inhaltlich arbeitende (Teilnehmer*innen) sowie am Prozess arbeitende (Facilitator)
- Transparenz schaffen
- Mehr Menschen dazu befähigen, Gruppen zu leiten
Ablauf & Teile
Der aktuelle Entwurf für den Ablauf ist rechts eingeblendet. Grundsätzlich sind vier Stufen des Mitwirkens möglich:
- Skill-Sharing am Sonntag Nachmittag (24.) für alle interessierten, mitsamt gemeinsamem Mittagessen
- Erarbeitung der Kommunikationsstrategie am Samstag (23.) und Sonntag Morgen
- Vorbereiten der Moderation Facilitation und Prozesse am Freitag (22.)
- Vorbereitung der Vorbereitung und Organisation am Donnerstag (22.) und bereits im Vorfeld der Woche in Zusammenarbeit mit der MAD Academy
Skill-Sharing
Questions we try to answer during the skill-sharing (Sunday 23.11., afternoon):
- How is the communication in Climatestrike organised?
- How could you be part of the communication?
- What are our guidelines for communication?
- What are you afraid of? What are your skills? What skills do you want to improve?
Who should join?
- Everybody ❤
Erarbeitung der Kommunikationsstrategie
Questions we try to answer during the 23.&24.:
- What is our roll of climate strike in society?
- What are our communication goals (inside and outside the movement)
- How can we improve structures and cooperation?
- How can change the narration media reports about us (there will be people from inside the industry as well)
Who should join?
- already involved in communication (web, some, press, …)
- people with a vision of our communication
- people that are already involved in an other CSCH project that communicates
- everyone is really welcome
Facilitation
Questions we try to answer during the 22.11:
- How can a group work together in a good way (output and well-being)?
- What is the best* possible process to find a communication strategy?
- What technics of stategy-finding exist, can we adapt them?
- What parts in the meeting need what facilitation?
- What toolkits are helpful for facilitation?
Who should join?
- People that have a feeling for group dynamics and processes
- people that like to discuss and reflect
- Everyone is really welcome!
Schlössli Ins
Das "Schlössli Ins" ist ein Dorf im Dorf Ins. Dort gibt es diverse Projekte in verschiedenen Örtlichkeiten, wir können in verschiedenen Häusern, Pärken und anderen Orten von Donnerstag bis Sonntag leben. Weitere Informationen finden sich auf der Internetseite.
Anreise
You will travel either via Biel/Bienne, from where you can take a little train (36mins) directly to «Ins Dorf» or via Bern by train and a short bus trip to «Ins, Dorf» in the end (27mins). If you can’t afford the money, CSCH can pay for it.
