Support and solidarity Codex

Climate strike activists

We express active support towards all climate strike claimed actions respecting our action codex, as well as the activists participating in them.

Other activists

We show active support with activists from other groups or movements who meet the requirements of our action codex. We also acknowledge the need for a diversity of action modes and show solidarity with other forms of activism, might they not be sharing the same strategy as us.

Support and solidarity

Support may involve open position papers, public communication and media campaigns and the organisation of support events. Solidarity may involve position papers and public communication.

Organisation of the support events

Depending on the type and seriousness of the repression faced, the organisation of the media campaign and of the supporting events can be delegated to voluntary individuals, to the regional group or on a national event. In the case of a regional mobilization, it is the task of the regional coordination groupe to take care of it. In the case of the wish of a national mobilisation, the regional group shall make a demand to the national WG Activism. If the demand is accepted by the WG activism, it is the task of the national WG Activism to coordinate the national actions of mobilisation, in collaboration with the WG Communication in case of a national media campaign.
